Our Programs
The GLC Preschool offers school year programs, summer school, and a.m. and p.m. extended care for children ages 2 – 6. We also work with Grace Children's Center (GCC) if your family is in need of daycare and full day care options.
Summer School:
Our Summer School classes, for 3-6 year
olds, intertwine weekly thematic units of study with academic practice in
language arts, math, science and more! If you’re looking for a great way to
keep your child’s brain engaged over the summer months, our classes offer the
best opportunities around. Sign up for weekly Summer School theme weeks at the
GLC Preschool!
Along with academics, our summer themes
include:
• June 15-18 | Out of this World!
• June 22-25 | Insects All Around Us
• June 29-July 2 | Dinosaur Discoveries
• July 6-9 | Move that Body
• July 13-16 | In My Neighborhood
• July 20-24 (Vacation Bible School - no preschool)
• July 27-30 | Rocking Robots & Engineering
• Aug 3-6 | Cooking and Culinary Sciences
• Aug 10-13 | Music in the Air
• Aug 17-20 | Under the Sea
Grace Lutheran Church will be having
Vacation Bible School this July well! We encourage you to sign up for it –
there will be no GLC Preschool summer school that week while VBS is happening.
Early Bird Drop-Off
We know that many families have conflicting drop-off times with other children’s school schedules, so we offer an Early Bird Drop-Off option that may be helpful to you. Please inform us if you will need this option for your child’s school days so that we can staff accordingly. The price for this option is $5 per day for drop off @ 8:30 am (school begins @ 9:00 am).
Testimonies
"I highly recommend GLC Preschool. It was the perfect foundation on which my children started their school careers. GLC prepared them academically and socially and supported me as a parent with consistent communication. We are so grateful for the staff who were always loving and nurturing and for the beautiful friendships that we all made." - Shannon Hernandez, 2022
"Great preschool! Teachers are top-notch, very caring, patient and fun. My daughter is constantly learning something new and loves going to school to "play". We'll be returning next year and enrolling our younger daughter as well." - Michelle Bennet, 2015
